This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________29th________day of May, A. D. nineteen hundred and _thirty-four;

By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the dispositive part of the order of the Court of the First Instance of ___________Camarines Sur _____, dated the 18th day of April, nineteen hundred and thirty-four, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, modified and in the Court of origin judgment shall issue directing the Municipal Court of Tinambac, Camarines Sur, to meet on or before Saturday, June 2, 1934, and at such meeting to modify its resolution with reference to the appointment of election inspectors by naming one inspector and one substitute in each election precinct in the municipality for the Partido Democrata Pros as proposed by its representative, one inspector and one substitute in each election precinct for the Partido Democrata Antis as proposed by its representative, and one inspector and one substitute in each election precinct for the Partido Nacionalista Pro Independencia as proposed by its representative, without special pronouncement as to costs.

It is further ordered that xx__________xx__________xx__________xx__________xx__________ recover from xx__________xx__________xx__________ the sum of Pxx__________xx as costs.
