This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________29th________day of May, A. D. nineteen hundred and _thirty-four;
By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the dispositive part of the order of the Court of the First Instance of Rizal, dated the 13th day of April, nineteen hundred and thirty-four, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, affirmed with the costs of this instance against the appellant. Let the record of this case be forwarded immediately ot the court of origin for compliance with the judgment of this court.
It is further ordered that the appellee recover from the appellant the sum of P__40.00_, as costs.
