This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________26th________day of July, A. D. nineteen hundred and _thirty-four;

By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of __Manila, dated the 16th day of December, nineteen hundred and thirty-three, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, reversed and judgment is entered against the plaintiffs and in favor of the defendant Evarista Sinapilo for the sum of P403.00, the balance due her on the promissory note exhibit 1, with costs in both instances against the plaintiffs-appellees.

It is further ordered that the defendants-appellants_ recover from the plaintiffs-appellees the sum of P__89.00__, as costs.
