V. ALBERT, CLERK, SUPREME COURT, P.I. This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________19th________day of July, A. D. nineteen hundred and _thirty-four;
By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of Manila, dated the 29th day of November, nineteen hundred and thirty-three, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, affirmed with the modification that the appellant is sentence to an indeterminate sentence of not less than 6 months of arresto mayor and not more than 3 years, 8 months, and one day of prision correccional with the costs against the appellant. The costs amount for the collection of whch the trial Judge shall proceed by summary proceedings.
It is further ordered that the appellee recover from the appellant the sum of P__40.00__, as costs.
