This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________25th________day of July, A. D. nineteen hundred and _thirty-four;
By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of ___Manila, dated the 7th day of July, nineteen hundred and thirty-three, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, modified by sentencing the defendant estate of Pedro Zabaljauregui, deceased, to pay to the plaintiff the sum of P905.81, with legal interest from May 9, 1930, with costs of both instances assessed against the defendants and appellants.
It is further ordered that _________the plaintiff and appellant___________recover from the defendants and appellees the sum of P__84.00, as costs.
