This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________30th________day of April, A. D. nineteen hundred and _thirty-four;
By virtue thereof and modified decision of the Courtof July 9, 1934, it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of ___Manila, dated the 27th day of March, nineteen hundred and thirty-three, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, affirmed and the palintiff-appellant is authorized to pay the administrator of the estate of the deceased sister the sum of P330.00, the amount spent by him for the brutal of the body of Gloria Luzan and the erection of the monument over her grave. Upon the payment of this sum said administrator will immediately surrender the possession and control of the grave of Gloria Luzan and the monument thereon to Paz Luzan, the plaintiff and appellant, with costs in both instance against the appellant.
It is further ordered that the appellee recover from the appellant the sum of P__40.00_, as costs.
