This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________3rd________day of May, A. D. nineteen hundred and _thirty-four;
By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of Tayabas, dated the 27th day of July, nineteen hundred and thirty-three, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, affirmed with costs against the appellant, insofar as it orders that the said appellant be confined in the Reformatory School of the City of Manila for his reformation, subject to inspection and supervision of the Commissioner of Public Welfare until he attains his majority; and said judgment is modified in the sense that the right to institute the corresponding civil action for the recovery of the damages suffered, on account of the loss of the four cows in question, due to the act of the appellant, against whomsoever may be responsible therefor in accordance with the provisions of article 101 of the Revised Penal Code, is reserved to Felix Haglao. The costs amount to P24.00 for the collection of which the trial Judge shall proceed by summary proceedings.
It is further ordered that the said cause be remanded to the Court of First Instance.
