J. STEVENS-ACTING CLERK OF COURT This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________28th________day of May, A. D. nineteen hundred and _thirty-four;
By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of Leyte_, dated the__________5th______________ day of May, nineteen hundred and thirty-three, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, affirmed with the modification that the amount of damages awarded to the plaintiffs should be reduced to the sum of P4,162.50. This amount is based upon the finding of the trial court as to one-half of the net production of the 22 hectares of the hacienda in question under cultivation when this case filed. From this sum of P P4,162.50 there should be deducted whatever amount the plaintiff has received by way of allowances, P30.00 per month, for household expenses, as provided in paragraph 8 of the contract, without costs in this instance.
