This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________13th________day of June, A. D. nineteen hundred and _thirty-four;
By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of ___Zambales, dated the 6th day of December, nineteen hundred and thirty-two, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, reversed and the appellant is declared to be the absolute owner of the properties in question, ordering the appellee Mauro Barretto in due time to deliver said properties to said appellant, with costs against said appellee.
It is further ordered that the appellant_ recover from ___________the appellee _________the sum of P__158.00, as costs.
