This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________28th________day of April, A. D. nineteen hundred and _thirty-four;

By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of Manila, dated the 9th day of February, nineteen hundred and thirty-three, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, reversed and defendant is ordered to pay the plaintiff the following amounts: $1,378.90 with legal interest from September 23, 1931, $1,505.60 with legal interest from November 26, 1931, both United States Currency or its equivalent in Philippine currency with the costs in both instances.

It is further ordered that the plaintiff recover from the defendant_ the sum of P__95.00__, as costs.
