This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________15th________day of June, A. D. nineteen hundred and _thirty-four;
By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of Negros Occidental, dated the 9th day of January, nineteen hundred and thirty-three_, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, reversed and the defendant is ordered to vacate Lot No. 863-A described in plaintiff’s original petition and to restore the possession of same to the plaintiffs. Costs in this instance against the appellee.
It is further ordered that _________the appellants _________ from the the appellee the sum of P__85.00, as costs.
