This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________15th________day of June, A. D. nineteen hundred and _thirty-four;
By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of Ilocos Norte, dated the 28th day of August, nineteen hundred and thirty_, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby, reversed and the defendant Cornelio Andres is delcared the sole owner of the land in question described in the complaint, with costs of both instance against the plaintiff-appellees.
It is further ordered that _________the defendant-appellant _________ from the the plaintiffs-appellees the sum of P__87.00, as costs.
