This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________25th________day of April, A. D. nineteen hundred and _thirty-four;
By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of Iloilo, dated the 8th day of August, nineteen hundred and thirty-two_, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby , reversed in reference in reference to lots Nos. 270 and 275, and in the court or origin another judgment will issue ordering the registration of lot No. 270 in the names of Basilio Dolduco, married to Josefa Duendes, and Elias Duldoco married to Feliciano Fernandez, undivided interests in equal parts; and the registration of Lot No. 275 in the names Dulduco, married to Felicidad Fernandez, undivided interest in the ratio, of two-thirds to the former and of one-third to the latter, without special pronouncement as to costs in either instances.
It is further ordered that xx__________xx__________xx__________xx recover from__xx__________xx__________xx__ the sum of P__xx__, as costs.
