This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________12th________day of June, A. D. nineteen hundred and _thirty-four;
By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of Pangasinan, dated the 10th day of July, nineteen hundred and twentyp-eight_, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby , reversed and Lot No. 2151 is adjudged as follows: one-half proindiviso to the estate of Manuel Milina, deceased, and the other half proindiviso to the estate of Manuel Molina, deceased, and his wife Juana Mabagay, in equal parts. Costs against the appellee.
It is further ordered that the the apellant from the the appellee the sum of P__90.00_, as costs.
