This court having regularly acquired jurisdiction for the trial of the above-entitled cause submitted by both parties for decision,after consideration thereof by the Court upon the record, its decision and order for the judgment having been filed on the ________26th________day of May, A. D. nineteen hundred and _thirty-four;
By virtue thereof it is hereby adjudged and decreed that the order of the Court of the First Instance of Nueva Ecija, dated the 26th day of February, nineteen hundred and thirty-two_, and from which the above-entitled appeal was taken, be, and the same is hereby , reversed and absolving the defendants from the complaint, sustaining the cross-complaint of the said defendants and the complaint of the third party claimants, and ordering the plaintiffs-appellees to execute a legally valid and effective deed of transfer of the portion of land claimed in their cross-complaint, and another legally valid and effective document in favor of the intervenors Rufina Sawit and pastora Sawli relative to the portion of land claimed in their complaint in intervention, with the costs against the plaintiff-appellee.

It is further ordered that the appellants from the plaintiff-appellee the sum of P__104.00__, as costs.
