PER CURIAM:
This is an appeal from a judgment of the Court of First Instance of the city of Manila dismissing the complaint on the merits with costs. With the expectation of later being able to set out fully the grounds of our decision we now, for the prompt dispatch of pending litigation, decide the case without opinion. The judgment is affirmed, with costs against the appellant. So ordered. Torres, Carson, and Trent, JJ.
