CARSON, J.:

OPIUM LAW. — From the Court of First Instance of Manila. Smith, J. Defendant was convicted of violation of The Opium Law, and sentenced to imprisonment for thirty  days and to pay a fine of P65, with subsidiary imprisonment.  The only question raised was respect to the sufficiency of the evidence. Proofs held sufficient. Judgment affirmed. Per Carson, J. For appellant: O’Brien & De Witt. For appellee: Solicitor-General Harvey.
