Although we are unable to agree upon the grounds upon which our conclusion is based, we are of opinion that the judgment of the Court of  Land Registration should  be affirmed, without costs to either party.  So ordered; Torres, Mapa, and Willard, JJ., concur. Arellano, C. J., did not vote.
